When you register, your entry fee kick-starts the journey toward your exceptional event experience immediately. Our transparent refund policy reflects our shared understanding of unexpected challenges. Thank you for being part of our community.
Please ensure that you fully read and understand the following policy regarding all refunds, transfers, and cancellations. This policy applies to registration and additional upgrades purchased.
If you cannot participate in Run The Forest, entry fee refunds can be requested up until 5pm, Sunday 30 June 2024 will receive 50% of their entry fee. Merchandise and any add-ons or donations are not refundable.

If you cannot participate in Run The Forest, entry fee refunds can be requested up until times listed below, you will receive 50% of their entry fee. Merchandise, entry add-ons, donations, ancillary costs, booking/card service fees are not refundable.

ENHANCED REFUND PROTECTION PROGRAM
We recommend that you consider adding the Refund Protection Program to your entry to protect your entry fee. By enrolling in our enhanced refund program, 100% of your entry fee, add-ons and entry booking fees will be refunded, if you are unable to attend due to the refundable reasons.

Can I purchase Registration Refund Protection after already completing my registration?
Unfortunately, the Registration Refund Coverage is only available for purchase during the registration process and is not eligible to be added after the registration has been completed.
